Rigging the Ailerons

This was fun.  With the ailerons attached, I attached the control rods between the sticks and the various bellcranks, out to the ailerons.  Now, we can move the ailerons with the control stick, which is fun.

There’s no interference with the pushrods, which is great, since I’ve heard this can be a problem.  Unfortunately, the passenger stick does hit the mixture control just barely when it’s all the way forward and left.  Not sure whether this is acceptable–I’ve heard various things about it being unacceptable, but I’ve seen even the Van’s demonstrator RV-10 stick hits the engine controls.  Like so much, it’s a matter of opinion.
